Dr. Junmin JIANG (S'09) received the B.Eng degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Zhejiang University (ZJU), China in 2011. He joined the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2013 and received the Ph.D degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering in 2017.
From 2013 to 2017, he was with Integrated Power Electronics Laboratory (IPEL), Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering (ECE), working on analog and power management IC design, especially switched-capacitor power converters.
Since Jan. 2018, he has been an Analog Design Engineer of Power Group, Kilby Labs, Texas Instruments, Silicon Valley. His current research interests include but not limit to, integrated power electronic circuits and systems, next-generation power management solutions and voltage regulators.
In the past, he has held internship positions at Lighting Source and Control Department, Philips Research China (Apr. 2013 – Aug. 2013) and Spansion Inc., Hong Kong (Sep 2014 – Nov. 2014), where he worked on integrated LED system and on charge pumps for DRAM. He was a visiting scholar in State Key Laboratory of AMSV, University of Macau in 2015.
He is a member of IEEE, IEEE Solid-State Circuit Society (SSCS) and IEEE Circuits and Systems Society.
